All about me I have been a nurse for 35 years. Along the way I have cared for animals too. My pet sitting business in Hawaii grew out of a desire to have more pets in my life. I started The Pet Pal pet sitting business 10 years ago in Kailua, Oahu. I met many wonderful dogs, cats, birds and other smaller critters that did become part of my family. I have learned from each of the pets I have cared for. They each have a story that they share during the initial visit and I really try to pay attention to their unique personalities.I have 3 dogs and a cat. They will be accompanying me to Asheville. Abigail is a 10 year old Shepherd/Airedale, Bo is a 12 year old mixed breed sheep dog and Bentley, the baby, is a 3 year old fox terrier mix. My cat, Piewackett, is the newest member of the family. He thinks he is a dog-his favorite buddy is Bo. They usually sleep together. My pets are important family members and live indoors with me. |
